Description

This automotive spark plug tester is safe, easy and convenient to use. It is suitable for auto repair shops, mechanics and personal use.

The tester indicates the presence of ignition voltage and its strength. Unlike spark plugs, this tool allows testing of spark gaps, enabling the examination of power reserves. The spark gap can be customized by turning the adjustable screw. A well-functioning ignition system should maintain a clearance of at least 15 mm.

Operation:

Disconnect and attach it to the tester, with the option to wear or remove the adapter if required.
Securely ground the alligator clip of the tester.
Adjust the tester to a 10 mm gap.
Position the tester at least 5 mm away from any part of the vehicle, utilising a belt or another stable fixture. Avoid placing the tester near the vehicle ground or sparks that could potentially cause a short circuit, disrupting the connection to any grounded component and preventing proper functionality in the tester.
Initiate the vehicle using the ignition system and observe the spark gap.
