Thank you for visiting and shopping at Premium Diagnostic Equipment. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy- Within Australia
Shipment processing time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Same day pick up services available on the Gold Coast Australia
Standard Shipping (2-8 working days) within Australia FREE
Express shipping (1-3 days) is available within Australia.
TNT Overnight Express - Next day delivery if order placed before 12pm
Extra Cover Shipping Insurance- The price depends on the value of the item. This covers any lost or damaged items during shipping. If you select extra cover and in the unlikely event something happens to your parcel you will be fully refunded or sent a new one. If you do not select extra cover and something happens Premium Diagnostic Equipment is not liable and we can only claim up to the value of $100 through Australia post.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Unless you select Extra Cover shipping insurance Premium Diagnostic Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim as soon as possible.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please note without extra cover shipping insurance the maximum amount you can claim is $100.
International Shipping Policy
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Premium Diagnostic Equipment is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
