  • Support is valid for one session only

  • Additional time can be purchased if needed

  • Available for all scan tool brands, not just those purchased from us

  • It is recommended to make sure your scan tool is up to date and you have remote support/ team viewer ready to go so we can log on remotely to better assist you.

If your tool was not purchased from us and we determine that the issue is due to a hardware or software fault with the tool itself, we will try our best however we may not be able to resolve the problem. In such cases, the session fee is non-refundable.
