The Autel Maxicom MK808S-TS is an advanced Android-based tablet diagnostic tool featuring all-around diagnostic functions of Oil Reset/EPB/BMS/SAS/DPF/IMMO and the comprehensive TPMS service is the ideal combination of the MK808BT and TS601 (Same Functions as MaxiTPMS TS608) for DIY enthusiasts and auto repair stores to get a faster and more accurate diagnosis.

The MK808-TS covers both OBD1 and OBD2 protocols

Perfect Combination for a Diagnostic Scan Tool

Compared with the MK808BT: Autel MK808-TS offers the same features and functions as MK808BT does, also it comes with the additional benefit of TPMS function to perform TPMS Sensor Check, TPMS Relearn, TPMS Sensor Programming to all known OEM/Universal TPMS sensors for helping technicians to quickly locate the faulty sensor and turn off the MILs related.

WIRELESS BLUETOOTH MAXI-VCI MINI

The latest compact size Wireless Bluetooth MaxiVCI Mini OBDII connector can transmit vehicle data to the tablet without a physical connection. Enhanced wireless Bluetooth connectivity between the tablet and VCI device allows greater service mobility and easier TPMS sensor interaction while the tablet is still connected to the vehicle for data transmission.

COMPLETE TPMS FUNCTIONS

MK808S-TS is able to activate 98% of all known TPMS sensors and provides the most advanced TPMS diagnosis and the most comprehensive  OBD  relearn  coverage for a complete TPMS health check, allowing technicians to solve TPMS related problems with a series of quick and effective operations:

-TPMS Check: The Check function allows users to activate TPMS sensors to view sensor data – sensor ID, tire pressure, tire temperature, battery condition and sensor location.

-TPMS Diagnosis: The Diagnosis function is used to check the status of the TPMS system. communication with ECU and to retrieve sensor IDs and DTCs in the TPMS ECU. , view the data stream of the sensor information. Special Functions, Active Test. initiate desired vehicle lamp function list

-Sensor Programming: The Programming function allows users to program the sensor data to the MX-Sensor and replace the faulty sensor with low battery life or the one that is not functioning. There are four options available when programming MX-Sensor:

1. Copy by Activation - Once the sensors mounted on the vehicle have been triggered and the sensor information displayed on the tool, the Copy by Activation can be used to program a new MX-Sensor.

2. Copy by OBD - By using this function, the tablet will program the sensor IDs retrieved from the ECU of the test vehicle to the new MX-Sensors.

3. Copy by Input - The Copy by Input allows users to program a new MX-Sensor with the ID of an original TPMS sensor.

4. Auto-Create - The Auto Create function is used to automatically create a random sensor ID to program a new MX-Sensor.

-TPMS Relearn: This function is used to write the newly programmed sensor IDs into the vehicle ECU for sensor recognition. There are three ways to Relearn: Stationary Relearn; Active Relearn; OBD Relearn.

-TPMS by OEM Part No.: If the sensor’s OEM part number is known, this function is an efficient method to activate and program MX-Sensors.

22 ADVANCED SERVICE FEATURES

As an advanced diagnostic tool, MK808TS has all kinds of services accessible for complete diagnoses and maintenance. You can quickly access all vehicle systems.

-Oil Reset Service allows you to perform a reset for a new calculation of the Engine Oil Life system after replacing engine oil

-Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) Service has a multitude of usages to maintain the electronic braking system safely and effectively. The applications include deactivating and activating the brake control system, assisting with brake fluid control, opening and closing brake pads, and setting brakes after disc or pad replacement

-The battery Management System (BMS) Service allows the scan tool to evaluate the battery charge state, monitor the close-circuit current, register the battery replacement, and activate the rest state of the vehicle.

-DPF service Particle Filter Test It is advisable to carry out a series of particle filter tests as a result of constant DPF regeneration, such as checking the oil level, the oil change interval for diesel contamination, swirl flaps, backpressure sensors and particle filter soot remains.

-Adjusting injectors;- start fuel delivery matching, adjust the injection volume, adjust the injector rate for individual cylinders, code injectors

-Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) Service

Steering Angle Sensor Calibration permanently stores the current steering wheel position as the straight-ahead position in the steering angle sensor EEPROM. In addition, the vehicle identification number is also read from the instrument cluster and stored permanently in the steering angle sensor EEPROM.

-Immobilizer (IMMO) Service is used to disable the lost vehicle keys and program a new replacement key fob.

ALL SYSTEMS DIAGNOSTICS

The Diagnostics application enables a data link to the electronic control system of the test vehicle for vehicle diagnosis. The application performs functional tests, retrieves vehicle diagnostic information such as trouble and event codes and live data for various vehicle control systems, such as ABS, SRS, Engine, Transmission, Brake System, Emission System, Fuel system, Light system, Wiper System etc.

The MaxiCOM diagnostic system supports 4 methods for Vehicle Identification.

1. Auto VIN Scan

The MaxiCOM diagnostic system features the latest VIN-Based Auto VIN Scan function to identify vehicles and scan all the diagnosable ECUs and run diagnostics on the selected system. This function is compatible with 2006 and newer vehicles.

2. Manual VIN Input:

For vehicles not supporting the Auto VIN Scan function, you may manually enter the vehicle VIN.

3. Automatic Selection:

The Auto VIN Scan can be selected after selecting the test vehicle manufacturer.

4. Manual Selection:

When the vehicle's VIN is not automatically retrievable through the vehicle's ECU, or the specific VIN is unknown, the vehicle can be manually selected.

ECU Information – retrieves and displays the specific information for the tested control unit, including unit type, version numbers and other specifications.

Read; Codes – displays detailed information of DTC records retrieved from the test vehicle’s ECU. On some vehicles, freeze frame data can also be retrieved for viewing.

Erase Codes – erases DTC records and other data from the test vehicle’s ECU. ;

Live Data – retrieves and displays live data and parameters from the test vehicle’s ECU. Display live data in text, graph & analog for easy data review.

COMPLETE OBD2 FUNCTIONS

Reading Codes: Show the detailed description of the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs)

Erasing Codes & Reset: Turns off Check Engine Light (MIL), clears codes and resets monitors.

Data Stream: Reads and displays live ECU/PCM data stream, plotting functions graphically and stores freeze frame data.

I/M Readiness Status: This shows whether the various emissions-related systems on the vehicle are operating properly and are ready for inspection and maintenance testing.

Read Live Data Stream: Show the information of continuous data stream from a vehicle in a live graphic (waveform) display.

View Freeze Frame Data: Check the certain vehicle conditions which are recorded by the onboard computer at the time the emission-related fault occurs.
