The Launch PFP-100 is a professional 100A vehicle battery power support unit trusted by garages, car electricians, and dealerships worldwide. Designed to prevent ECU programming failures caused by low or unstable voltage, the PFP-100 supplies continuous, stable power to the vehicle battery throughout all stages of ECU reprogramming and flashing, in line with OEM requirements. With 4 dedicated charging modes and 6 protection features built in, a battery stabiliser is essential for any workshop performing modern diagnostics and programming.

4 Charging Modes

Normal Mode

Select the charging mode according to the position of the vehicle battery (inside or outside the vehicle) for regular battery charging under normal conditions.

Exhibit Mode

Continuously charges the battery at a low current — ideal for showrooms and display vehicles that need to be kept battery-ready without risk of overcharge.

Programming Mode

Provides a stable voltage source ranging from 12V to 16V specifically for vehicles undergoing ECU programming, coding, or decoding procedures. Adjustable from 2~16V / 2~100A to meet OEM specifications.

Hidden Repair Mode

Automatically detects and repairs minor battery issues. Compatible with AGM, GEL, and standard lead-acid batteries — the PFP-100 will indicate whether a battery can be recovered or not.

6 Protection Modes

Reverse Polarity Protection: LCD alerts if battery clamps are connected incorrectly — no damage to the unit or vehicle.
Short Circuit Protection: Machine will not operate and will alarm if an internal short circuit is detected.
Low Voltage Protection: Unit will not operate if input voltage falls below the required threshold.
Overheat Protection: Automatically stops charging if the unit overheats, preventing damage.
Overcharge Protection: Constantly monitors battery state to prevent damage from overcharging.
Synchronous Rectification: Improves rectification efficiency for cleaner power delivery (220V mode only).
