EV Workshop Tools & Equipment – Up to 80% Government Rebate

Prepare your workshop for electric vehicle servicing and repairs with PDE’s range of EV diagnostic tools, high-voltage testing equipment, insulated tools, safety equipment and workshop accessories.

Under the Australian Government’s DRIVEN Charger Rebate Stream, eligible automotive dealerships and EV repair workshops may be able to claim a rebate of up to 80% on qualifying EV-specific workshop equipment, with total funding of up to $50,000 per eligible workshop site.

Eligible equipment may include:

• EV battery diagnostic equipment
• EV-specific scan tools and high-voltage accessories
• Insulation resistance testers
• High-voltage multimeters and test leads
• Insulated hand tools
• EV lockout and tagout equipment
• High-voltage PPE and workshop safety equipment
• EV battery lifting, storage and containment equipment
• Low-voltage battery support chargers suitable for EV applications

To qualify, applicants must meet the program’s eligibility requirements, purchase at least $5,000 of eligible equipment per claim and provide the required invoices, proof of payment and supporting documentation.
