TheTOPDON RLink X7 is an OEM reprogramming and diagnostic interface designed for use with official vehicle manufacturer software. It supports multiple industry-standard communication protocols and enables ECU programming, coding, diagnostics, and advanced system functions when used with compatible OE software.

With fast data transmission, intelligent driver management, and lifetime free driver updates, the RLink X7 provides a stable and reliable platform for vehicle communication and software-based diagnostics.

Software & Subscription Requirements

The TOPDON RLink X7 is a hardware interface only. It does not include any vehicle manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic or programming software.

The RLink X7 works by allowing compatible official OEM software (such as GM Tech2Win, GDS2, VW/Audi ODIS, BMW ISTA, Toyota Techstream, etc.) to communicate with a vehicle.

To use the RLink X7, the following are required:

What Is Not Included

• OEM diagnostic or programming software

• OEM software subscriptions or licenses

These must be obtained separately from the vehicle manufacturer or authorised source. Many OEM software platforms require an active paid subscription to function.

How It Works

1. You install the OEM software you wish to use (for example, GM Tech2Win or VW ODIS).

2. You install the matching RLink driver through the RLink platform.

3. You select RLink X7 as the vehicle interface inside the OEM software.

4. The software then communicates with the vehicle through the RLink X7.
