OBDSTAR MP001 Kit
The MP001 Kit is the current generation programmer and adapter set for the OBDSTAR DC706, replacing the older P002 and P003/P003+ adapters with one unit that handles EEPROM and MCU read, write and clone work across cars, commercial vehicles, EVs, marine and motorcycles.
If you're running a DC706 and doing regular ECU work, this kit gives you the extra I/O and updated adapter coverage to keep up with newer ECM and TCM platforms, without buying separate P002 and P003 adapters down the track.

Why Upgrade to the MP001
The old P002 and P003+ adapters only give you 4 I/O ports, and a fair few of the newer ECM platforms need more than that to work properly. The MP001 has 12 I/O ports built in, so it's already set up for SIMOS 18 BOOT mode and future ECM work without needing another adapter down the track.
It also picks up jobs the older adapters wont cover, including Chrysler GPEC2/GPEC2A read and write without wiring in a 120-ohm CAN resistor, and mileage correction on the Honda C125 BIZ 2019 (93C66 chip) when paired with the MS80, MS50 or MK70 leads.
Compatible With
Built for the OBDSTAR DC706 ECU and TCU programming tool. Also used with the OBDSTAR P50 for R7F701A033 data work.
This is an accessory kit, not a standalone tool. You need a compatible OBDSTAR device already running the required software.
