Operating Principle
F Probe (Magnetic Induction):
Measures non-magnetic coatings (e.g. chrome, copper, zinc, varnish, rubber) on magnetic substrates like iron/steel.
N Probe (Eddy Current):
Measures insulating coatings (e.g. paint, anodizing, ceramics) on non-magnetic substrates like aluminum, copper, brass.
