Features and Functionality

The Foxwell NT301 delivers fast and reliable engine diagnostics in a compact, user-friendly design. With a vibrant 2.8″ TFT colour display and dedicated hotkeys for I/M readiness, reading and erasing DTCs is effortless. A built-in DTC lookup guide provides definitions and possible causes for codes as soon as they are read.

It scans and clears generic, manufacturer-specific, and pending codes, resets monitors, turns off the malfunction indicator light (MIL), and supports Enhanced Mode 6 testing. Live data, including oxygen sensor and on-board monitor test data, can be read, recorded, graphed, and played back. Freeze frame captures engine conditions at the exact moment codes were set.

Emission readiness is indicated via red-yellow-green LEDs and an audible speaker, ideal for confirming repairs or catching intermittent issues during drive cycles. The NT301 also retrieves vehicle identifiers (VIN, CID, CVN), features thousands of built-in troubleshooting tips, and offers one-click software updates with automatic reminders. Diagnostic data can be printed via a PC connection.
