Operation Steps
Pour new brake fluid into the filling bottle.
Connect the suction and pressure balance hoses to the filling bottle.
Attach the filling hose to the vehicle’s brake fluid cylinder using the appropriate adapter.
Connect the recovery bottle to the brake fluid sub-cylinder.
Select Standard or Master Mode, press start, and allow the exchange to complete.
There is no need to start the vehicle during operation.
Pressure Adjustment
From the factory, the working pressure is set between 1.0 and 1.5 bar to maintain proper sealing without damaging the brake master cylinder. The pressure can be adjusted based on requirements but should not exceed 3.0 bar to prevent potential system damage. Lower pressures may also be used for more delicate systems.
